Use car
You can start the initial inspection / description of the car before the renter starts and do the final inspection immediately after the rental.
To start using the car, you must be next to the car you booked at the agreed pick-up location and your booking time has started but not ended.
You must take the photos before departure and immediately after you have returned the car to the departure location.
